This series consists of files relating to mining lease applications in the Arltunga region, including nearby Winneke and Mount Chapman. These files comprise correspondence relating to mining applications and primarily consist of communications between VG Carrington, the Deputy Administrator, and Wardens JC Lovegrove and G Murray. This correspondence is made up of letters (both typed and handwritten, lettergrams and telegrams.
